Quincenera for a doggie! 4-26-2008
I thought that I had done it all, but that was before I was invited to play harp for a Quincenera for a doggie! The event was incredible. Held at Trilogy Homes in Corona at the Nines Grill. http://www.trilogylife.com/
There was a processional and a ceremony followed by a scrumptious champagne brunch. Of course, there were birthday gifts for the doggie, a very fortunate pup, to be sure.

Eagle Glen Golf Club 4-24-2009
Eagle Glen Golf Club was the venue for my second volunteer luncheon held on behalf of the volunteers for Corona Regional Medical Center.
This gala event is sponsored annually by the hospital, to show appreciation to the volunteers for their many, countless hours given. Special menu, prizes, entertainment and a delicious luncheon are all part of the event.
Historic Superior Courthouse 4-18-2009
Court Appointed Special Advocates put on a gala fund-raiser art show and sale to benefit the children who become victims of the foster care and court system. Volunteers, who include judges, themselves, donate their time to evaluate these kids and my become become spokespersons for the children.
Many times these children are too young or inexperienced to speak for themselves. This was a worthy cause and the need for volunteers is tremendous.
