Arlington Commons is located just up the street from my home. They offer an annual Thanksgiving Luncheon to the families and guests for their residents each year. I have played harp for 7 years at this venue. I always look forward to this delightful event each year and all the residents are the stars.

Canyon Crest Country Club 11-21-2008

Another delightful formal Anniversary/Birthday Dinner for members was the occasion. Every month this elegant private club offers a formal dining adventure for their members.

Turnip Rose Grand Newport Plaza 11-14-2008

Turnip Rose has been around for 23 years. They are specifically a catering company that expanded into full service wedding venues. I have enjoyed playing at their lovely locations since their beginning. Newport Grand Plaza is certainly one of the finest establishments for a wedding or event in Orange County.

Anaheim Health Care 11-11-2008

Anaheim Health Care held an open house to proudly display their fabulous new look. Recently remodeled, they presented a lush feast and live entertainment. These open houses are put on frequently to entice potential residents and are offered to local physicians and health care workers. This is specifically a rehabilitation center, located next to a hospital. Bravo, Anaheim Health Care, for a job well done.

ABC National Conference Newport Beach

The Association of Bridal Consultants National Convention was an event that I was thrilled to be a part of. When it was first announced last spring, I began campaigning to be a part of this one way or another. As usual, my harp was my ticket to this spectacular conference held at the Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach. I played for the 8:00 am breakfast on Tuesday Nov.11, 2008.

Lake Elsinore Outlet 11-8-2008

Lake Elsinore Shopping Extravaganza was the event for Saturday Nov. 8th. Close to 900 folks arrived to enjoy the days festivities. These included discounts, door prizes, lunch, wine tasting and live entertainment. The cake was well over 6 feet tall and served 1000 slices!

Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club was the venue on a spectacular fall evening wedding. The weather was gorgeous, the venue divine and the entire event was perfect.

Pacific Place Assisted Care Oceanside 11-5-2008

Pacific Place in Oceanside offers a monthly Wine Tasting event, complete with live entertainment. This is one of many gorgeous assisted care facilities that I get to play in frequently. The food was gourmet, a nice wine selection and a great time was had by all, including yours truly.

Rice Mortuary 11-1-2008

One of the things I like to do with the harp is to help people. Heal their pain, with hospital work or help them during their time of sorrow. Funerals continue to be a way for me to do that and this lovely celebration of life and death was no exception.

They had a huge turnout, well into the overflow rooms and a lovely reception, right at the facility for everyone. This is where the celebration of life comes in.

Dove Canyon Country Club 10-25-2008

Fall is my favorite time for weddings! This event was superb in every way. The wedding was held outdoors, the pre-reception and banquet, in the club house. The colors were spectacular! There was even a bagpiper group for the postlude. I loved it!

Moreno Valley Conference Center 10-24-2008

The Moreno Valley Black Chamber of Commerce chose the lovely Moreno Valley Conference Center for their annual awards banquet. The event was formal and the colors were striking. I played the harp for cocktails and there was a band for the dinner! A special event, indeed.
