annual meeting.

A fabulous buffet, glorious lighting and decor, plus a stimulating presentation by ABC President David Wood topped off the evening. I rarely purchase raffle tickets but I felt lucky and won a pass for 4 for a round of golf at Sierra Verne Country Club. http://www.sierralavernecc.com/ Golf anyone?

"At My Place" Corona, 3-14-2009

"At My Place," located in Corona, is a newer restaurant and event facility located in a trendy new shopping center. The ceremony itself, was held just down the street in a fountain courtyard and the reception was held in their lovely banquet room. I hope to be seeing a lot more of this lovely venue.

Coyote Hills Country Club 2-28-2009

Coyote Hills Country Club in Fullerton was the location for this gorgeous winter wedding. The calender may have said February, but it was warm indeed!

Alumni House Redlands University 2-24-2009

I was pleased to attend The Inland Empire Association of Bridal Consultants http://www.abcinlandempire.com/ recent luncheon meeting held at the lovely Alumni House on the Redlands University Campus.

A delightful presentation by Chef Dave, lunch and a tour of the facility were highlights of the meeting. The Alumni House is available to Redlands University associates for weddings, meetings and other events.

Praise Symphony Orchestra 2-22-2009

The Praise Symphony Orchestra http://www.praisesymphony.org/

recently returned from a tour of Chile. I was a member of this orchestra for about ten years and was thrilled to be able to attend a concert held at Calvary Church in Santa Ana. http://calvarylife.org/

The group was joined by the singing group from Chile titled "A New Song." They were completing a tour of the United Sates and chose to do their last concert with the Praise Symphony Orchestra at their home church. Calvary Church of Santa Ana.

San Bernardino Women's Club 2-21-2009

The San Bernardino Women's Club invited me to perform for their annual "High Tea." Each table is hosted and decorated by the members. Many lovely dish sets and a variety of decor were on display. http://www.sbdist.org/

Menifee Valley Memorial Park 2-21-2009

Menifee Memorial Park was the location for a dedication of their new mausoleum. I was proud to asked to perform for this special event.

The Gardens at Hillsborough 2-19-2009

The Gardens at Hillsborough:http://www.brookdaleliving.com/the-gardens-at-hillsborough-village.aspx is located in Chino and is one of the nicest assisted care facilities that I have ever played at. Back in the day, I was there twice a month for their regular Sunday brunch. Now, I am fortunate enough to be called occasionally for special events around holidays.

This was an after dinner concert that they hold in the lobby. I played to a nice sized group who were very involved that asked several questions and made many requests. A great time was had by all including "yours truly"

was the delightful venue for this charity fund raiser. Jay's is a special event company that has been in the business for over 30 years. This sweethearts Gourmet Dinner /Romantic Overnight Rendezvous was held in a lovely banquet room reserved strictly for non-profit groups. Grandma's House of Hope:

I played the harp with a flutist that is affiliated with the group and in return received a gourmet dinner and a complimentary room and free breakfast at the Hilton Garden Suite located just down the street. :
