This is probably the 14th or 15th time that I have played for this annual
part. Sadly, it will also be the last time, as the building is to be
demolished. The good news is that they now have a new building in Costa
Mesa! Hopefully, I will be able to play there for at least 15 more years! A
fond farewell to Tower Corporate Center!
